Project Overview
Client Background & Needs
The client is based in Cameroon, Africa, and needed a finished display fish pond that could be used directly for landscape display. Beyond basic fish-keeping, the client specifically required clear viewing surfaces on both sides of the pond so the fish and aquascape could be seen from outside. At the same time, the client wanted each unit to be plug-and-play on arrival — filled with water and powered on without separately sourcing filtration, aeration or other supporting equipment.
Product Structure: Steel Frame + PP Body + Dual Tempered Glass
This polypropylene (PP) landscape fish pond uses a steel frame as the main load-bearing structure, with PP panels wrapped around it to form the tank body. Transparent tempered-glass panels are set into both sides — combining structural strength with a clear interior view. The base and corners are reinforced to withstand the long-term static pressure of the water column.
Integrated Filtration, Oxygenation & Circulation
Each pond ships with a complete water-treatment system already installed: a filtration unit, a fish-pond oxygenator and a circulation pump. Water passes through the circulating filter to remove solid waste such as fish feces, while nitrifying/denitrifying bacteria are cultivated inside the filter chamber to convert harmful ammonia and nitrogen — keeping water quality stable and cutting routine maintenance.
Production Process
Production begins with CNC cutting and drilling of the PP panels, which are then welded into the tank body and positioned onto the steel frame. Next we install the bottom reinforcement, the filter compartment and the tempered-glass viewing panels, and finally connect the piping, pump, oxygenator and filtration equipment.
Water-Test & Run Videos
Before shipment, every pond is filled and pressure-seal tested, and its filtration, oxygenation and circulation pump are run to confirm there are no leaks and the system operates smoothly.
Custom Design: From Verbal Brief to Finished Product
The client gave only a verbal description of the size and function they wanted, and we turned it into structural design, equipment selection and pipe routing. Whether it is the pond’s length, width and height, the number and position of viewing panels, or the treatment capacity of the filtration system — everything can be adjusted to the actual site and farming needs, delivering a truly custom PP fish pond.
